Sokode, Togo

“I went to a Bible school, but it was nothing like this - we did not have the interaction, discussions and practical application like we had this week. This will help me so much in my ministry.” We heard these words a few times this past week. The training started slow for many reasons, but as I have found during all these years in ministry - where God’s Word is opened there is always something going to happen and it will surprise and encourage all involved. This week was definitely no exception - it was hot (37 degrees) and the group was not that big - but we all experienced God’s presence here in Sokode, central Togo.

Pray for

  • Continued growth in this group of men and woman in Sokode

  • Our friends and partners here in West Africa (Hillary, Eric, Richard, Enoch, Kofi, Clement, etc)

  • Spiritual protection (especially I get tired and all my senses are overwhelmed)

  • Esmé and Ivanna at home

  • The next leg to Chad on Monday (visa on arrival was arranged)
