God is working …He never stops
Two weeks ago in Uganda these words of a Michael W Smith song came back to me: ”Friends are friends forever, if the Lord’s the Lord of them”. TWT, TWT Malawi and Mazima College leadership had a great few days reflecting on our ministries and our sharing of resources. Some of these guys I have travelled with since 1997 and they have played a profound role in who I am and my calling.
This past week I spent a few days with 30 leaders from 30 countries at ALICT (outside Paarl, South Africa). I have been doing this since 2006 every year - what a privilege to share God’s Word and how to understand and apply it better. Go and reed more about ALICT’s ministry here.
And in other news …
Van Heerden is safely back from Mozambique where he finished a second week of training 59 leaders. It was tough but rewarding.
Jonathan from Rwanda trained 24 pastors from different denomination in Bujumbura, Burundi last week. We are very excited to see what will grow from this.
Pam and Musa trained student leaders in Jos, Nigeria. They are investing in the future of the church.
